The King of Mushroom, Hed Cone

    This year, we got plenty of rain, and this rare delicious (worth more than 300 Baht per Kg) were in full bloom on Sept 18th.  We were able to collect more than 100 Kgs.  This particular weekend, we had 5 meals full of the amazing Hed Cone.

    Apparently, it co-exists with the termites and will bloom for just one day a year.
